What are Agenda Topics? They’re literally the topics that will be covered as the agenda for the annual General Service Conference. The Conference is the business meeting for A.A. as a whole. Just like how Love and Service (and most other AA meetings) has a business meeting, so does A.A. Only its once a year unlike our monthly cadence.
What’s our role? To make sure our voice is heard! Review the Agenda Topics, pick your top 4, using the link at the bottom of the page, and participate in the sharing sessions.
Sharing Session Dates & Times

Summaries of the background of each Agenda Topic as well as specifically what our delegate wants to hear will be coming soon, hopefully in the first few days of March. I will add them here once available.
Please submit your top 4 picks using the link below. Voting will close 3/8 so I can review choices and determine the group’s top 4 to discuss in the business meeting 3/9. We will assign folks to present on the 4 chosen topics at the sharing sessions referenced above so come prepared to sign up!
What happens after the sharing sessions? Once I’ve heard the group conscious, I’ll report to the pre-conference Assembly 4/5, where our delegate will hear the group conscious of all the groups in the Area. She’ll then report the Area’s group conscious at the Conference and vote on our behalf.
